Welcome to another edition of the Templar Times! We have been hard at work on preproduction for Templar: Honor Among Thieves and the response for our project has been overwhelming! It seems that the initial conceptual artwork, the teaser trailer and the synopsis for the storyline are all really starting to resonate with people and I couldn't be happier. We have also expanded our production team to include some really valuable members that have already helped take our project to the next level in numerous ways. Our fan base is growing exponentially and we are all working hard to keep up with the

lastest news and updates. Next month will bring our first Holiday Edition of the Templar Times so stay tuned! Until then, enjoy the newsletter and we hope to see you at our upcoming event!

(I'd like to personally dedicate this issue to my father who passed away 15 years ago today. I know he would have really enjoyed seeing this project come together. Miss you dad.)

Innovative Renderworx is proud to announce the addition of the martial arts experts of Fighting Stunts Association and Grandmaster Yi's Martial Arts Academy.

With previous stunt and action training for actors in such films as Sin City, Undead, Tremens, Fighting With Anger, Tank, La Hermana Rubia, and Killer’s Lullaby, Grandmaster Wonik Yi has officially signed on to our film as Action Director.

His unique approach to instruction and stunt work is unparalleled and will certainly add to the excitement of Templar: Honor Among Thieves.

Janell Smith, Fighting Stunts Director and five-time Gold Medalist has joined the production team as Co-Producer and has already set up several meetings for us including a tour or Spiderwood Studios in Bastrop, Tx. Janell is also responsible for organizing our upcoming Screen Fighting Workshop and Action Film Audition.

Rounding out the Fighting Stunts team is Master Ali Brown , one of Master Yi's academy instructors. He will be one of the principle members of the Templar training team. Master Ali has also take a great interest in the storyline and has provided invaluable insight.

In addition to our new allies at Fighting Stunts, we have have also secured the help of Helmut Granda, our new Web specialist and Consultant. Helmut is responsible for the programming of our new official myspace page that we now have online for the film. His expertise in Flash, Actionscripting and HTML programming has proven quite useful to us on many occassions.

And finally we are excited to welcome James Daniels to the team. James has signed on as Archive Cinematographer. James will be on hand to help document various stages of the production starting with our upcoming Screen Fighting Workshop.

To find out more about these new team members as well as those already attached to the project, visit our cast and crew page now!

Composer Mark Krench has turned in a preliminary music track for Templar: Honor Among Thieves and it is nothing short of inspiring! Entitled Mexican Standoff, this rough track is a testament to the great score that is to come! To hear a sample of this dramatic track, visit the media section on our official myspace page! And be sure to sample more of Mark's work on his official website at www.markkrench.com.

In addition to Mark's awesome music, we are currently working with the awesome Christian rock group Bloodgood on a title track. Michael Bloodgood and his band are hard at work on a ballad that is sure to capture the spirit of the film and appeal to a wide audience. To find out more about the group or to listen to some of their songs, visit their official myspace page at www.myspace.com/bloodgoodband.
