 With our next round of auditions tomorrow, excitement and tensions are on the rise! Actors and Martial Artists from all over central Texas and from across the U.S. will be attending in the hope of securing a role in our upcoming film Templar: Honor Among Thieves. As a director, I have spent the last month and a half, meeting and greeting with many of you and each time I am amazed at just how much interest and passion you've shown toward our project. I am truly humbled by the awesome response and the general support all of you have sent our way. |

AUDITIONS Auditions will be held on Saturday February 16th at Grandmaster Yi’s Martial Arts Academy located at
10435 Burnet Rd in Austin, Texas. If you missed out on our last event, be sure not to miss this one.
Official Rules If you are auditioning for a non-speaking role, please have a monologue, martial arts or stunt demo, or an improvisation prepared. Example: If you are auditioning for a bartender, it might be wise to prepare a short acting sample for your audition that involves the character of a bartender. Once again, WE WILL NOT AUDITION ANYONE WHO IS NOT PREPARED. *The role of SETH KELNORO is for a minor child. Parent or Guardian must be present and a release for video taping of audition must be signed. KICKgen.com, Innovative Renderworx and Fighting Stunts present: The Action Actor Challenge. This challenge is an open audition for two roles in the upcoming feature film: Templar: Honor Among Thieves. To learn more about the movie, please visit and register at: www.templar-movie.com. This audition is open to every KICKgen premier member and is limited to red/brown belt or above. All styles are strongly encouraged to audition; however, anyone with an agent or a SAG status needs to contact Fighting Stunts and go through the normal auditioning process in Austin. 2. An adult martial artist from age 14 to 50 1. Create a membership account at www.kickgen.com. 2. Create a demo video performing your best skills from basic punching, kicking, rolling techniques to sparring. Don’t hold back because this is your moment to shine. Innovative Renderworx is looking for people who will stand out in this action film - so go for it! At the beginning of your video act as though you are performing at a tournament and introduce yourself to the judges, there are three by the way, who will judge this audition and select the top five martial artists. Your introduction should include your name, age, style and the name of your technique. 3. Follow instructions on www.kickgen.com to upload your video for consideration.
